Meet Amateur Film-Maker Who Became Self-made Multimillionaire

 

Jamal Edwards made his way from a teenager on a council estate in west London to self-made multimillionaire in a very short space of time.

This amateur film-maker turned media boss, as his capital now exceeds £8m (N2,030,500,000), and counts famous entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson (pictured) as one of his friends.

Jamal is the owner of SBTV, a broadcasting company that makes videos – typically music videos featuring rap and pop music stars – and puts them up on YouTube. The SB stands for SmokeyBarz, Jamal's own rapping nickname.

Man Sues Wife For Giving Birth To Ugly Children, Judge Orders Wife To Pay $120,000 [See Photos]

 

A certain middle aged man, Jian Feng recently sued his wife for giving birth to what he called an “incredibly ugly” girl. 

“I married my wife out of love, but as soon as we had our first daughter, we began having marital issues,” he told the Irish Times. “Our daughter was incredibly ugly, to the point where it horrified me.” 

 Initially Jian accused his wife of infidelity, because he knew he could never be the father of an unattractive child. 

However, DNA tests proved that the child was indeed his. Feng’s wife then came clean and admitted she had about $100,000 worth of cosmetic surgery done in South Korea before they met.
Feng sued his wife on grounds of false pretenses, for not telling him the truth about the plastic surgery, and duping him into believing that she was beautiful. A judge agreed with Feng’s argument and ordered his wife to fork over $120,000....lol!

There is something outlandish about the Wraith, even mysterious - it's evident in the pictures.

The Ghost-derived fastback coupe has a brooding, almost menacing stage presence that is markedly different from any other Rolls-Royce model, present or past.
The Wraith is very large – much more so in the metal than it appears in photographs. Its roofline is 13in lower than that of a Range Rover, but the Rolls is fully 11in longer end to end.
The car has a more hunkered, angry stance than the plutocratic Phantom Coupé, though like that car, the Wraith makes no effort to conceal its enormity with visual sleight of hand.

John Mikel Obi, Victor Moses Shortlisted for BBC African Footballer of the Year Award

The shortlist of five candidates for the 2013 BBC African Footballer of the Year award has been announced by the BBC on November 11, 2013, Monday.

Nigerians Victor Moses (Liverpool, on loan from Chelsea) and John Mikel Obi (Chelsea) are joined by Burkina Faso’s Jonathan Pitroipa (Rennes) and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of Gabon (Borussia Dortmund).

The list also includes Ivory Coast’s Yaya Toure (Manchester City), who has made his fifth consecutive appearance in it.

The winner will be decided by African football fans, who have an opportunity to vote for their choice until 18:00 GMT on November 25, Monday.

The winner will be announced on December 2, Monday, at 17:35 GMT on the BBC’s Focus on Africa radio and television programmes.

No player on this year’s shortlist, drawn up from votes by 44 journalists across Africa, has won the BBC award before and two – Pitroipa and Aubameyang – are the first nominees from their respective countries.
