"Eagles Can Win Brazil 2014 World Cup. Why Not?"- Keshi

Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi says that his team is capable not only of beating Ethiopia, but also of winning the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
He made this known to the journalists in Calabar on Wednesday, ahead of the crucial qualifier against the Walya Antelopes.
''Beyond our match with Ethiopia on Saturday, the Super Eagles can win the Brazil 2014 World Cup. Why not? My brother it is possible, anything is possible in football,'' Keshi responded to one of the questions.



The coach also pointed out that the support of his players, assistant coaches and the back room crew members, were responsible for the achievements of the national team and for him being recognized as the most successful indigenous coach in Nigeria.
He added,

''I thank God that I have this great, unique staff that I work with and of course the players because if they do not play well everything boils down to zero.''

According to him, mutual respect in the team is the basics that contributes to their success. Keshi also stressed the importance of discipline and abiding by the rules.
